It’s been a while and we do apologize for our absence. Things have been insanely busy. We have a couple things we need to share with all of you. #1We have started a special of the week, this week is bbq fried rice. It’s got chunks of our slw smoked brisket, rib meat and hot links, green onions, carrots , cashews all mixed into our signature seasoned rice. #2 we have landed our new location in the heart of old town at 630 e Douglas @ the leprechauns lab brewery. #3we have started a late night happy hour at 630 e Douglas from 9-11 or sold out.
We are so stoked to be able to tell you that we have landed our new location. At the leprechauns lab brewery 630 e Douglas, Wichita, KS. We are currently their every Friday 4-10 and Saturday 3-7 or sold out, close times could be later. Those times are a set time though. Saturday are when most events get booked so. Check here or on our Facebook to make sure of our location on Saturday’s. This Saturday we will be at the Douglas social from 6-830pm then we are booked for a privet event directly after. We hope to see you all this weekend.
heres the menu for monikafest tomorrow night at templelive here in wichita, ks. everyone loves tacos, everyone loves good bbq we are mixing the two. and we are bringing some of our signature like no other blueberries and cream bbq sauce. only available on the taco’s and sandwiches not by itself.

so our kanopolis lake event for the 4thof July was amazing. THANK YOU so much to allthe people out their. we had so much fun and glad everyone enjoyed everything. we cant wait to work with all you again. due to some severe mechanical issues with our vehicles that have occurred we will sadly not be at our regular place at 2510 w douglas this week.we are hoping to have these issues fixed no later than this Friday. to prevent further delay in service.
the event at kanopolis lake is going to be so awesome. we will be going up on the 3rd but not serving until the 4th. highs of only 90° in July and just enough moisture in the air to keep that delicious smell. of slow smoked ribs and brisket lingering in the air. mix that with the smell of greens and freash baked jalapeño cheddar biscuits. your not going to want to miss out.
taking some things on a test run , this 1/2lb smokehouse cheeseburger. this bad boy hasa 1/2lb of ground and brisket trimmings, grilled red onions, bacon, spicy pickle chips, baby spinach, mayo, and honey mustard. on a toasted to perfection slice of bread. thoughts?

today is the big day 10am to 4pm at the east Kellogg Walmart at Kellogg and Greenwich. we will be serving up some of the best bbq around. so come support local and help children at the same time. as 10% of all profits are going to the childrens merical hospital. so come show some love, we hope to and look forward to seeing you all their.
